DG Fire and Emergency Services inspects South Kashmir Fire Stations
Anantnag: Director General Fire & Emergency Services J&K, V K Singh Wednesday inspected the Fire & Emergency Stations Headquarters Anantnag, Bijbehera, Qazigund and Command Office Anantnag in south Kashmir.
Singh interacted with the staff and issued a number of on-spot directions to the concerned officers in connection with forthcoming Amarnath Yatra for quick response to ensure the Fire Service motto “We Serve to Save”.
The officers briefed the Director General about the preparations to deal with Fire and other emergencies.
He appreciated the dedication and devotion of team Fire Services in the discharge of duties. Singh was accompanied by Bashir Ahmad Shah, Deputy Director, Fire & Emergency Services, Command Anantnag during the inspection.
