No trace of two PDD employees who fell into gorge on May 20
Baramulla: No trace has been found of the the two Power Department Development employees who drowned in 500 feet deep Jehlum Nallah in Daderkote area of Uri North Kashmir Baramulla district on May 20.
“JK Police, SDRF and locals are continuing to search for the duo whose car, Alto 800 Car, skidded off the road and fell into deep gorge,” sources said.
An official told KNO that the car has been retrieved but the two are missing since.
“They were travelling from Uroosa towards Sultandaki. On reaching near Shudwani area Dard kote of uri sub division, the mishap ocurred,” officials said.
The missing employees are identified as Sayeed Ahmed from Sultandhaki and Maroof Khan from Kalgai Uri.
