Magisterial inquiry ordered in Bhaderwah man’s death
DODA, MAY 19: District Magistrate (DM) Doda, Dr. Sagar D. Doifode has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the death of Nayeem Ahmed resident of Qilla Mohallah Bhaderwah.
As per the order issued by DM, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Thatri Mohammad Anwar Bandey has been appointed as Inquiry Officer.
“The SDM will also carry out an inquiry into stone-throwing, clashes and vandalism that took place in the town after the incident besides he shall furnish the factual report along with his specific- comments within (07) seven days to the office of DM Doda to facilitate further necessary action” the order reads.
