Trucker dies under mysterious circumstances on Mughal road
Poonch: A truck driver was found dead under mysterious circumstances on late Sunday night near Peer Ki Gali along the Mughal road.
Reports reaching GNS said that the driver Balvinder Kumar son of Kartar Chand resident of Heera Nagar Kathua. The vehicle got stuck in a traffic jam at Mansar near Peer Ki Gali while it was on its way back to Jammu after delivering banana stock in Srinagar.
When contacted ASI Behram Gala (PS Surankote), Maqbool Ahmad told GNS that the cause of the death of Balvinder Kumar is yet to be ascertained.
“The cause of death will be ascertained once the postmortem report will come,” he said.
Meanwhile, a case under section 174 of RPC has been registered and further investigations taken up in this regard. (GNS)
