Market checking conducted in Handwara
Srinagar: A team from district administration Kupwara held a market checking drive in Handwara area of the frontier district on Thursday.
Officials said that a team headed by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Naib Tehsildar, Executive Officer MC Handwara, SHO and Food experts conducted market checking today and recovered a fine of Rs 3,400 from the norm violators.
The rates for food stuff were fixed by the authorities today with officials saying that any shopkeeper found guilty will be dealt with strictly.
