Licences of four chemists suspended in Sopore

Sopore: Drug Department on Thursday suspended licenses of four chemist shops outside Sub District Hospital Sopore for allegedly compelling patients to purchase medicines from their shops.
Officials said that they had received complaints regarding touting and compelling of patients to purchase Medicine from their respective shops outside Sub District Hospital Sopore.
Drug Department has constituted a Team of Drug inspectors Headed by Drug Inspector Sopore, Rafiabad Junaid Naseer along with Drug Inspector Shabir Ahmad Pandit, Drug Inspector Mohmmad Yousuf Sumji.
Drug Team suspended the Drug licence of the four retail medical shops till further orders.
Deputy District Magistrate Baramulla has already imposed strict ban on touting in whole of the District.
