LMD imposes fine of Rs 10,000 on erring traders
SRINAGAR: The field executives of Legal Metrology Department today conducted inspection of markets of Srinagar areas and also penalized erring traders found violating guidelines.
According to officials the inspections were conducted in Hyderpora, Peerbagh, Safakadal and adjoining areas and booked seven erring traders for violating Weights and Measures Laws.
The erring traders were penalized for Rs 10,000.
