Ashok Koul surrenders security cover, demands protection for BJP workers
Srinagar : Bharatiya Janata Party, State General Secretary Ashok Koul on Tuesday left from Press Enclave Srinagar without government provided security personnel as a mark of protest against killing of party’s affiliate in south Kashmir recently.
According to KNO correspondent Koul left the city center in an autho rickshaw.
Koul before leaving the place said that he is surrendering his security as a mark of protest and demanded that BJP workers be provided with adequate security cover.
“Koul left his PSO’s in the press enclave and left in an auto saying if their workers can’t have security cover, he too will not ask for it,” reports claimed.(KNO)
