Clashes erupt in Kulgam, two injured
Srinagar : Two youth have been injured during clashes between youth and government forces at Kulgam in South Kashmir were voting is underway.
Sources told KNO, that forces used pellet guns to disperse protesting youth.
“Two boys received pellet injuries and were evacuated to medical facility,” sources said.
The duo have been identified as Zahid Shafi and Waseem Ahmad both residents of Kulgam.
“They have been shifted to SMHS Srinagar for advanced treatment,” sources said.
Voting is underway in Kulgam district for Anantnag parliamentary constituency.
