Srinagar:Vice President of National Conference Omar Abdullah today said that why does Enforcement Directorate ( ED ) felt to summon 19-year-old daughter of Kashmiri separatist leader Shabir Shah twice.

In a tweet, Omar said that Sama was five years old when the case was registered and still ED felt the need to summon her. He said ED summoned Sama in PMLA case of 2005 when she was 5-year-old.

“She was 5 years old when the case was registered & yet the Enforcement Directorate still felt the need to summon her.

Talk about victimising families! ED summons daughter of Shabir Shah in PMLA case of 2005 when she was 5-year-old,” Omar tweeted.Earlier, the daughter of senior separatist leader was summoned twice by the Enforcement Directorate.

Sama Shabir, who according to Outlook report is studying law in Manchester in the United Kingdom, was issued summons at her home in Srinagar.

The first date for her to appear before the agency was on April 18, and the second on April 24.

In May this year, Sama topped the CBSE-2018 results in Jammu and Kashmir and secured 97.8 per cent marks.
