Mysterious blast creates panic in Sopore
Sopore: A mysterious blast on Monday afternoon created panic in Sopore town of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said that the blast was heard near 179 battalion of the CRPF stationed at a camp at Iqbal Market Sopore.
The blast caused fear and panic in the area with people thrown into a chaos. However, there was no report of any loss of life or injuries.
SSP Sopore, Javid Iqbal confirmed to ‘Kashmir Vision’ that the blast was heard near the CRPF camp.
Iqbal added that a team of police was later deputed to the site.
