G A Mir greets people on Shabb-I-Baraat, prays for stability in JK
Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G A Mir has greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-I-Baraat, which was observed with religious fervor and gaiety last night.
While greeting people on Shabb-I-Baraat, Mir hoped that the occasion will usher in era of peace and development of the State and people and that the occasion will continue to enlighten the mankind about the teachings of Islam besides leading them to the path of peace, harmony and brotherhood.
Mir said Shab-I-Baraat was a pious occasion during this night people seek blessings and forgiveness from Almighty Allah.
Mir prayed for complete peace, harmony and stability in the country and the state of Jammua and Kashmir.
