LS Polls: Clashes erupt in Palhalan, lady injured
Baramulla: A lady has been injured after clashes broke out between government forces and protesters in Palhalan area of Pattan in Baramulla district on Thursday.
According to reports protesters took to streets and pelted stones on the polling booth set up in the area.
“In the clashes one lady probably a voter has been injured,” they said.
Protesters resorted to stone pelting on forces deployed in the area and clashes were going on when last reports came in.
Polling for the Baramulla parliamentary seat is underway in Valley .
