Jammu: Northern Army Commander Lieutenant General Ranbir Singh briefed Governor Satya Pal Malik about the current security situation in the state on Friday, officials said.
“The Army Commander met Malik at Raj Bhavan here. They discussed issues related to effective internal security management,” they said.
