Two Baramulla missing minors traced in Delhi: Police

Baramulla: Police on Thursday said that it has traced two missing minors of Baramulla district and will be coming back home in few days.

“A team from Baramulla Police is on way to New Delhi for facilitating safe return of boys to home,” police said.

The spkesman said that they had received a complaint that two minor boys Mohsin Manzoor Najar, student of 8th class, son of Manzoor Ahmad Najar resident of Bandi Payeen and Suhail Ahmad Lone, student of 10th class, son of Mohammad Sultan Lone resident of Bandi Payeen are reportedly missing from their homes.

 

Accordingly, a case FIR No. 06/2019 under relevant sections of law was registered and investigation was initiated.

 

“During the course of investigation, it transpired that both the boys were heading towards Jammu. After strenuous efforts and with assistance of technical support, they were traced near Pahad Gunj New Delhi. Subsequently, Baramulla police contacted local police of the area and the missing boys were recovered. They are presently staying with Coordinator Juvenile Home New Delhi,” he said.
