Pak violates ceasefire in Mankote sector in Poonch
Srinagar: India and Pakistan armies traded gunfire along LOC in Mankote sector of Poonch district in Jammu region on Saturday.
Official sources told KNO that at about 1330 hours, Pak initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by shelling mortars and firing of small arms along LoC in Mankote, District Poonch (J&K).
They said that Army retaliated effectively. The exchange of fire was going on when the report was last filed.(KNO)
