Following tip off, forces lay siege over Rafiabad village

Rafiabad: Government forces on Wednesday morning laid a siege over Rafiabad village of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to official sources the cordon and search operation is being conducted by a joint team of forces including Army, Police and CRPF jointly.
“Drusoo village of Rafiabad has been sealed and door to door searches have been launched,” they said.
A police officer to Kashmir Vision that operation to flush out hiding militants was launched after ‘inputs about presence of some militants in the area’.
