DDC Doda reviews works under SAGY
DODA: District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr. Sagar D. Doifode today convened a detail review meeting of all the line departments regarding the works taken up in village Hambal, panchayat Hambal-A, Block Khaleni under Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana(SAGY).
The meeting was attended by DFO,ADC, ACD, CPO, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Chief Agriculture Officer, District Sports Officer, Executive Engineer PDD,BDO Khaleni and other heads of various departments of the district.
DDC was apprised of the various projects taken by all the line departments such as upgradation of schools, construction of playgrounds, creation of PHCs, library in the high school, availability of computer labs, plantation, awareness camps, fish farming activities, promotion of organic farming, construction of toilets, deworming, construction of cattle sheds etc.
After a threadbare discussion, DDC directed that a committee be formulated immediately which will conduct social audit of all the taken up projects and a detailed report will be submited.
Moreover DDC Doda directed the heads of all the line departments that the works either taken up or pending shall be completed on priority basis within the stipulated time.
