Job fair held at Poonch
POONCH: A one-day job fair was organized today by Employment and Counseling Centre Poonch here at Auditorium of GDC Poonch.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Malik Zada Sheraz-ullah-haq. Principal GDC Poonch S Tajinder Singh and a large number of private sector Employers including different private companies, private Schools and other services agencies participated in the programme.
More than 500 unemployed youth got themselves registered with the District employment and Counseling Centre Poonch on the occasion. More than 70 placements were made on the spot by different Employers during the Job Fair.
ADC Poonch in this address advised private sector employers to recruit youth from the far flung areas.
Deputy Director Shashi Bala briefed about the aims and objectives of the programme and assured that more such program will be organized.
