Jmu-Sgr highway closed due to landslides
Jammu: The Jammu-Srinagar National highway remained closed on Tuesday also, officials said.
The landslide was triggered by rain in Ramsoo sector, the officials added.
Debris removal operation has started, said a Traffic Department official.
“We are hopeful of restoring the highway for traffic in the afternoon. Intending travellers must not undertake the journey without contacting our control rooms in Jammu and Srinagar,” he added.
