Babri masjid case: SC to pass orders next week, whether land dispute be referred to court appointed mediator
New Delhi: Supreme court will pass order on Mar 5 on issue whether Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute be referred to court-appointed mediator.
According to PTI, the apex court also said that they are of the view that the registry shall be directed to make available translated copies of documents to parties.
Accordng to news gathering agencies the SC said that it will pass order on next Tuesday on whether the case may be sent for court-monitored mediation to save time.
