Forces cordon Sumlar in north Kashmir’s Bandipora, launch search operation
Bandipora: Government forces on Monday cordon Gujjarpati area of Sumlar in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district and launched a search operation.
Official sources told KNO that Army’s 14 Rashtriya Rifles and Special Operations Group of Jammu and Kashmir Police launched the operation in the village after inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
The searches were going on when this report was being filed.
Earlier, a CASO was also launched at Mir Mohalla Hajin in the Bandipora district which ended later.(KNO)
