Srinagar: Former IAS officer and Commissioner secretary rank officer Farooq Ahamad Shah who recently left services entered mainstream politics and joined National conference on Monday.
Shah joined the party in presey of patron Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah along with other senior leaders.
He formally joined the political party at NC headquarters in Srinagar.
