Six persons injured in Mendhar mishap
Poonch: Six persons were injured when a Tata sumo vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident in Mankote area of Poonch district on Sunday.
Official sources said that a Tata sumo vehicle bearing registration (No.JK12 -2351) driven by Mohammad Javed son Mohammad Yousif of Kasbalari Sector Mankote met an accident at Barella in Mankote.
Six persons were injured and they include Sheen Akther wife of Ghulam Rasool , Shahzad Ahmed son of Fazal Hussain , Abdul Majeed son of Nazeer Hussain , Abdul Aziz son of Mohammad Nazeer, all residents of Kasballri and Surjeet Kumar son of Durshan Kumar of Udhampur. The injured persons were shifted to SDH MDR.
BMO Mendhar Dr P A Khan said that five among the injured were stable while condition of another injured is “serious”. (GNS)
