Srinagar: The one way traffic on Kashmir highway on Saturday was partially restored, authorities said.

The highway was closed for three consecutive days due to snowfall and landslides.

“All stranded traffic were cleared on Friday night. One-way traffic will be allowed to move on the highway from Jammu to Srinagar today,” officials said.

Landslides in the Ramsoo-Ramban stretch have become a major challenge for the authorities as frequent blockade of the 300 km-long highway is caused by them.
