Police seeks help of general public to identify the suspect involved in a theft case
Srinagar: Police on Wednesday asked general public to help them trace a suspect in a scooty theft case.
Police said that on 18-02-19, Police Station Shergiri received a complaint that some unknown persons have stolen red colour scooty near Iqbal park in broad day light.
Upon this information, case FIR No.10/2019 u/s 379/RPC was registered & investigation taken up.
During investigation investigating team collected CCTV footage and obtained the photographs of suspect.
“Incase of any clue, information regarding the suspect,kindly inform the Police Station Shergiri on:9596770525, 9596770861, 9419000538,” police said.
“The name of the person providing any clue or information regarding the suspected thief will be kept confidential,” police said.
