12-year-old girl killed in Pattan mishap
Baramulla: A 12-year-old girl was killed in a road mishap that took place in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday morning.
Reports said a four wheeler vehicle (Xylo) bearing registration number JK09-8170 was on its way to Kupwara from Srinagar when the driver of the vehicle lost control on his speed and slipped and rolled down near ZangamPattan Petrol Pump.
In the mishap, a 12-year-old girl identified as Urban Ahad daughter of Abdul Ahad resident of AramporaKupwara died on the spot.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard and after legal formalities, the body of deceased girl was handed over to family for last rite.
