Wathoora Gunfight: LeT commander among two militants killed
Srinagar: A top LeT commander was among the two militants killed in a nocturnal gunfight which raged between militants and government forces in Wathoora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.
As per the sources two LeT militants including its commander was killed. Reportedly one among the slain militant is believed to be Hilal Ahmad Alias Abu Maaz resident of Yaripora Kulgam. He was active since 2015.
While the identity of the other militant is yet to be ascertained, police believes that he could be a foreigner. (GNS)
