Police arrests two drug peddlers in Srinagar
Srinagar: In its continues efforts to eradicate the menace of drug peddling from Srinagar city & it’s subsequent consumption, Police Station Nigeen arrested two drug peddlers during surprise naka in the jurisdiction of Police Station Nigeen.
During surprise naka near Nigeen club Police party from Police Station Nigeen led by SHO Nigeen Riyaz Ahmed Khan apprehended two persons namely Bilal Ahmad Sheikh S/o Ab Rahim Sheikh & Subzar Ahmad Malla S/o Gh Nabi Malla both residents of Zirpora Bijbehara & during search recovered one Kg charas from their possession. The accused were accordingly arrested ,besides contraband was seized & sealed in presence of SDPO Zakora.
In this connection Case FIR No. 06/19 U/S 8/20 NDPS has been registered in Police Station Nigeen & investigation taken up .
