Militant killed in Pulwama firefight

Pulwama: A militant was killed in a brief fire fight between security forces and militants in south Kashmir’s Pulwama area.
Reports said that the militant was killed in retaliation after an army unit was attacked by the gunmen in Chowdribagh village of Litter in Pulwama district.
Reports said that the army patrolling party was going moving though the area for conducting census, however, militants opened fire on them which was retaliated leading to the killing of a militant.
The area is under cordon as searches have been intensified.
