Forces start CASO in Zaloora Sopore

Sopore: Government forces started a cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Sopore Zaloora village this evening, reports said.
They said that forces led by Army’s 22 RR, SOG Sopore and personnel from the 179 and 92 BN CRPF, launched CASO in Lone Mohalla area of Zaloora.
Locals said that a large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation has started.
Official sources said that CASO was launched after forces received inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
Earlier CASO was launched in a vast area comprising of orchards at Zainapora in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Official sources said that on a tip off about the presence of militants hiding in orchards of Heff-Shirmal belt of Zainapora, forces including 44 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a search operation in the area.
Local’s said they witnessed large number of forces going to the area since the wee hours of Saturday.
