Tral gunfight: Searches on, no dead body recovered
Tral: The gunfight between government forces and the militants has ended several hours back but so far the troops have not been able to recover any dead body from the spot.
“No militant body has been recovered so far from the site of a gunfight between the militants and the government forces,” said a police source.
He said that the search operation is still on at the site of the gunfight that broke early today in Aripal village. “So far no body has been recovered from the debris of the house in which militants were hiding,” said a source.
Earlier, thousands of people had marched towards the gunfight site following rumours about the death of a Hizb commander Hammad Khan.
