Almost every day innocent civilians are being killed in Kashmir which must be a cause of concern for every right-thinking person in the country. The killings of civilians have the potential to alienate people further, which is a dangerous sign.”

Security forces must make a distinction between civilians and militants. Killing unarmed protesters has no justification as it tantamounts to human rights violation.
