Panchayat polls: Valley records 38.8 poll percentage on final phase
Srinagar: Valley recorded an overall 38.8 percent voting percentage in the final phase of the panchayat polls on Tuesday.
Officials said that Kupwara recorded highest polls percentage of 53.6% followed by District Bandipura with 46 %.
Baramulla, Ganderbal Budgam, Pulwama and Anantnag recorded 38.9, 20.9, 38.8,1.4 and 24.8 poll percentage respectively.
Voting started at 8 am and ended at 2 PM.
