Baramulla: 26.84 percent voters exercised their franchise in Baramulla district for fourth phase of Panchayat polls till 10 am.
According to officials. In block Buhama 2875 votes were cast, in Singpora block 5385 votes were cast and in block wailoo 233 votes were cast.
Officials said that a total of 8466 votes were cast in the three blocks of Baramulla till 10am on Tuesday.
