Malik expresses solidarity with Geelani
Srinagar: Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik on Wednesday expressed his grief over the demise of Ghulam Hassan Makhdoomi, son-in-law of Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman, Syed Ali Geelani.
Malik along with JKLF zonal organizer Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri traveled to DooruSopore and participated in the funeral prayers of the deceased, spokesman said in a statement issued here, adding tha Malik met the bereaved family and expressed condolences to them.
Terming the demise of late Makhdoomi as ‘a huge loss for his family and well-wishers’, Malik prayed for his heavenly abode.
Expressing solidarity with veteran resistance leader Geelani, JKLF chairman prayed for the Sabr-i-Jamil of the bereaved family.
