Pulwama: Forces on Friday detected an IED (improvised explosive device )inNikas village of Pulwama in south Kashmir.
Reports said that an IED was detected near Pulwama/Shopian highway at Nikas area. The IED weighted around 5 Kilograms.
Police said that soon after a bomb disposal squad was called on the spot who later diffused the IED thereby averting a major tragedy.
