CB arrests fraudster
Jammu: Police on Saturday claimed to have arrested a fraudster in Jammu, a statement issued by the Crime Branch said.
The statement said that police arrested the fraudster identified as Ghulam Qadir son of Abdul Sattar of Diwar Tral, presently putting up at Nikki Mohalla, Doctor Lane, Eidgah Road Sidhra, Jammu in case FIR No. 22/2014 U/s 420, 467, 468, 471/RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu.
“The accused is involved in issuing fake NOC relating to JDA land located at SidhraMajeen,” police said, adding that he was evading arrest for many weeks.
