Search operation underway in Warpora Sopore
Sopore : After Saidpora, Government Forces launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Usmanabad Warpora village of Sopore town in Northen region of Kashmir.
Official sources told GNS that following specific information about the movement of militants in the area, a joint search operation was launched by Special Operation Group (SOG) of Sopore police, Army’s 22 RR and CRPF in Village Usmanabad Warpora this afternoon.
SSP Sopore Javid Iqbal confirmed to GNS about Cordon and Search operation and said the operation in the area is going on, he however added that no contact was established with militants so far.
