Abdullahs condoles demise of senior party worker
Srinagar: National Conference President Farooq Abdullah and vice President Omar Abdullah on Tuesday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of renowned political and social activist from Loiser Srigufwara, Pahalgam Ghulam Rasool Bhat Jamaal.
“He was actively associated with National Conference from 1977 till the time of his death. We extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray for peace to the departed soul,” Abdullahs were quoted in NC statement issued here.
Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, MLA Pahalgam and District President Anantnag Altaf Kaloo, Central Secretary Sakina Itoo, South Zone President Dr. Bashir Ah Veeri, and members of District Committee Anantnag also paid glowing tributes to Late Ghulam Rasool Bhat and expressed grief and sorrow over his demise.
