Srinagar: Srinagar has recorded the lowest voter turnout till 10 am with less than one per cent electorate exercising their franchise during the ongoing municipal polls today.
In Kashmir valley, Baramulla district witnessed 35.1 per cent polls while Anantnag 2.1 recorded just 2.1 per cent and Srinagar witnessed 0.9 per cent till 10 am.
In Jammu region, Samba recorded 40.3 per cent polling till 10 am.
