One dead, another injured in Anantnag mishap
Anantnag: A youth died while another sustained injuries on Tuesday after they met with an accident at Nandpora area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Locals said that a scooty bearing registration number JK03F-9604 collided with a sumo at Nandapora, Anantnag, resulting in injuries to two persons.
Both the injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Anantnag for treatment.
However, one among the youth identified as Sajad Rashid, son of Abdul Rashid of Adder Anantnag succumbed to his injuries.
The other injured youth was identified as Bilal Ahmad Dar, son Abdul Khaliq Dar of Adder Anantnag,police said.
