Srinagar: A paramilitary CRPF man was injured after suspected militants Friday hurled a grenade on CRPF party in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

A police officer told a local news gathering agency that militants attacked a vehicle (Rakshak) of paramilitary CRPF 180 bn near main town Tral.

“In the blast, the driver of the Rakshak vehicle suffered injuries. The injured have been evacuated to hospital for treatment,” he said.

Soon after the incident government forces have launched a hunt to nab the attackers.   GNS
