Bandipora forest fire doused: Admin
Bandipora: District Development Commissioner Bandipora, Khursheed Ahmad Sanai today hailed the efforts of the volunteers with whose help the fire which had engulfed a large swathe of forest area was doused-off.
The DDC on late Friday evening had appeal to the volunteers to provide helping hand to the District Administration for extinguishing the devastating fire.
The DDC also appreciated the people including local youth, forest officials, police personnel, Fire & Emergency, SDRF persons, Journalist association Bandipora, lawyers and medicos who voluntarily provided their support to the district administration in dousing-off the fire.
