4 injured in road accident at Levdoora, Qazigund
Srinagar: At least four persons were injured in a road accident at Levdoora in Qazigund area of Kulgam district, police said on Tuesday.
“A Santro car bearing registration No. JK05E 1046 and a CRPF vehicle bearing registration No. CG10L 1246 of 90 Bn met with an accident at Levdoora in Qazigund area of Kulgam district. Four persons who were travelling in the said Santro car got injured”, police said.
Police identified the injured as Maqsood Ahmad Dar son of Ghulam Mohammad, Farida Akhtar wife of Maqsood Ahmad, Javeed Ahmad Dar son of Maqsood Ahmad and Sajad Ahmad Dar son of Afroz, all residents of Waripora, Sopore.
The injured were shifted to Qazigund hospital where from they were referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment, police added.
A case has been registered and investigation has been taken up, police added.
