Drug peddler held at Dooru
Anantnag: Anantnag police on Saturday claimed to have arrested a drug peddler in Dooru area and recovered psychotropic substance from his possession.
Police officials said that a police party headed by SHO Dooru Muddasir Nazar after receiving specific information nabbed a drug peddler of Dooru identified as Showket Ahmad Sofi, son of Mohammad Ashraf Sofi , resident of Khud Hammam with a sizable amount psychotropic substance (Recodex/Maxcoff bottles).
They said that a case was registered while the investigation was set into motion.
Meanwhile, locals hailed the police action against the drug peddler.
