DM Bla imposes restrictions around examination centres

Baramulla: The district administration Baramulla on Friday imposed restrictions under section 144 CrPC on the general public around examination centres in the district.

District Magistrate, Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash has imposed restrictions for smooth and fair conduct of bi-annual examination to be conducted by J& K State Board of School Education for Higher Secondary Examination Part –II (12th class) and Secondary School Examination (10th class) commencing from 26th February 2018, at various centers in the district.

“The restrictions under Section 144 CrPC will be imposed on the general public for not entering or gathering within a radius of two hundred meters from the examination centers,” he said.

Besides, restrictions have also been imposed on the use of loudspeakers within a radius of 200 meter from the venue of the examination.

The restrictions would be imposed around all the examination centers and shall remain in force till conclusion of the said examination.

The roll number slip issued by the J&K board to the students shall be treated as entry pass for the examination.

Moreover, the supervisory, security personnel deployed for the purpose and other examination staff shall be exempted from its effect.
