Govt orders transfer and postings of 14 Munsiffs
Srinagar: The Registrar General of Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ordered transfers and postings of 14 Munsifs, an order issued here said.
Faizan Nazar has been posted as Munsiff, Shangus, Majid Farooq Mir as Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Shopian, Mohammad Ishtiyaq Alam Baba as Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Kralpora, Javid Ahmad Parray as Munsiff, Sogam and Kamiya Singh Andotra as Munsiff/ Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Samba.
While as Imran Haneef Khan has been posted as Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Beerwah, Rimpi Rani as Munsiff, Reasi, Babar Hussain as Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Pahalgam, Rafaqat Hussain as Munsiff/ Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Ramban and Easar Ul Nabi as Munsiff, Tangdhar.
Similarly Ghulam Murtaza has been posted as Munsiff, Thathri, Ajay Kumar (Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Ramban) has been posted as Munsiff/District Judicial Mobile Magistrate (T), Udhampur while Aadil Mushtaq (Munsiff, Shopian) and Lubna Sultan (Munsiff, Magam), shall swap their respective places of posting, the order said.
