IED recovered in Maloora on Srinagar outskirts; second in last 24 hours

Srinagar: Government forces on Sunday detected an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Maloora area on the outskirts of Srinagar, an official said .
According to the official, the IED was detected by a patrolling party on a roadside in Maloora near Shalteng.
He further said taht a bomb disposal squad has reached the spot.

Pertinently, an IED weighing nearly five kilograms was defused yesterday in the adjacent HMT area.
