Er Rasheed added that since government figures itself reveal that 90% female students in Shopian and surrounding areas are enrolled in various institutions so Mehbooba Mufti should establish a women’s college in Shopian and name it after Aasiya and Neelofar as a mark of small tribute to them.

Er Rasheed reminded house that if whole India could stand up for Nirbhaya, why can’t Aasiya and Neelofar be honoured after their brutal murder.
